Early Age
Kinara grew up on her family's farm on the outskirts of the Black Shroud. As a child she always took to nature far more than anything else, often times spending endless hours exploring the forests looking for new sights to see. While most of her siblings eventually left the farm for bigger and better things, Kinara chose to stay and work the farm with her parents, spending her days happily tending the fields and taking care of her best friends Betsy, the family cow.
The Emissary
Around 20 years before Dalamud fell, she stumbled upon some sylphs discussing plans to find some mortals to house the spirits of elementals in the hopes of bolstering the relations between Ramuh and humans. She excitedly offered her help, and thanks to her undying love for the natural world she was able to host the Spirit of a great Earth Elemental. There were others as well, though she did not have a chance to meet them before the Spirit took control of her, something she was not warned about ahead of time.
Current Day
After the 7th Umbral Calamity, Kinara's link to Ramuh was somehow tethered, giving her control of her body once more, though leaving her little memory of her time as an Emissary. She returned home to the family farm, happily picking up the work of running it alone. She still hopes that one day she'll find all her old friends that worked alongside her as Emissaries.
